Just inside the entrance gates you will find the Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association Office and Community Center. Laundry facilities and an exercise room are also available within this complex. Summer time you can also enjoy the adjacent swimming pool, always kept in pristine condition for our property owners and guests. |
 Linn Valley Community Church |
Linn Valley’s non-denominational community church is located on Linn Valley Blvd. in Linn Valley. Sunday School is every Sunday at 9 Am, followed by the Worship Service at 10 AM at the Linn Valley Community Church. |

The Clubhouse is a beautiful gathering place for friends and family to enjoy special events and activities. A large two story structure, the Clubhouse is used for a myriad of events, activities and meetings. |

Miniature golf provides hours of fun. The course uses the colors of nature around us, with each hole representing a bird, or animal. Be sure and say hi to Big Dog ! He is the mascot for the course.

The place to go for good food is the Pro Shop Restaurant. The Pro Shop offers a variety of menu items for your enjoyment. The Pro Shop is located at the bottom of the hill, as you arrive at the Deer Trace Golf Course. |

Beautiful Deer Trace Golf Course awaits you ! It is an 18 hole course full of challenges and fun. You can also practice your putting & chipping skills, or hit a few balls at the driving range. |
 LV Post Office |
The United States Postal Service delivers mail to boxes at our “Post Office” just inside the front entrance. The odds are very good that you will meet a friend or neighbor at the Post Office during the morning hours after the mail has been delivered. It’s a busy place when residents pick up their mail every day. |
 Picnic Shelter |
A large picnic shelter is available for outdoor fun. It is a perfect gathering place for friends & family to cook on the grills while the kids enjoy the playground equipment nearby. New picnic tables, provided by the City of Linn Valley, help provide comfortable seating for everyone. |

Many family gatherings, parties, group activities, even weddings, are held on the patio area behind the Clubhouse. Large grills are available to cook for the crowd after an afternoon of swimming in the adjacent olympic sized pool. The view from the gazebo encompasses the pool below and the beauty of the lake & a sandy swim beach beyond. |

Playground areas offer outdoor fun for all ages. A playground area is located near the commnity entrance & POA office, adjacent to the picnic shelter. Another playground area is located near the Clubhouse, just a stones throw from the the basketball court and swimnning pool, & sand volleyball court. |
