Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association
As a property owner in Linn Valley Lakes, you automatically become a member of the Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association (LVL POA). The LVL POA is governed by a five member elected Board of Directors. A Treasurer and Secretary are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Association also employees a full time General Manager. All property owners are required to pay annual assessments. These funds are the primary source of revenue for operating and maintaining the recreational facilities of Linn Valley Lakes. The Office of the POA is located just inside the gates to Linn Valley.
