Location

The City of Linn Valley is located approximately 38 miles south of the intersection of US-69 and I-435 in Overland Park, Kansas.

Traveling south on US-69 to Linn Valley, take the 399th Street exit west to Jingo Road. Turn south on Jingo and travel two miles to the Linn Valley Lakes entrance gates.

Traveling north on US-69 to Linn Valley, take the SR-152 exit west to Ullery Road. Turn north on Ullery and travel two miles to the Linn Valley Lakes entrance gates.

Linn Valley City Hall is located outside the gates of Linn Valley Lakes, at 22412 East 2400 Road. Take 2400 Road approximately 1/2 mile east (2400 Road is located across the street from the entrance to Linn Valley Lakes). City Hall is on the north side of 2400 Road.

The Linn Valley Property Owners Association Office is located just inside the entry gates, with parking available outside the gate for visitors to the POA Office.

Services

LaCygne, Kansas, is the closest community to Linn Valley, and is approximately 5 miles from the entrance to Linn Valley.

Drexel, Missouri, is approximately 10 miles from the entrance to Linn Valley.

Louisburg, Kansas, is approximately 18 miles north of Linn Valley.

Medical Clinics, with Physicians services,  are available in LaCygne and Louisburg.  The nearest hospital facility is Miami County Medical Center in Paola, Kansas.

Mail delivery and outgoing mail pickup is provided for Linn Valley residents at a covered facility just inside the entrance to Linn Valley. The nearest full-service US Post Office facility is in LaCygne.

LaCygne has a K through 5th Grade Elementary School. Grades 6 through 12 are located at Prairie View High School, located west of LaCygne. School bus service is available from Linn Valley to these schools.

Fire protection is provided by the City of Linn Valley Volunteer Fire Department or the Linn County Rural Volunteer Fire Department. Dial 911 in case of an emergency.
Burn permits may be obtained by contacting the Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association.

Police protection is provided by the City of Linn Valley Police Department or the Linn County Sheriff’s Department. Dial 911 in case of an emergency.
Reports of thefts, or other non-emergency reports, may be made at the Linn Valley City Hall during regular office hours.
