- Burn permits may be obtained by contacting the Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association.
- The Volunteer Fire Department members meet at the City Hall Annex Building at 6PM on the first Monday of every month.
- For insurance purposes, the Linn Valley Volunteer Fire Department is rated a Class #9.
